Jitters respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. No legalese, just a straight read.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to do business with you:

• Contact forms. When you submit a catering, private events, or booking inquiry, we receive the name, email, phone number, event details and any message you choose to send us.
• Mailing list. If you sign up for our newsletter or insider updates, we store your email address (and first name if you provide it) so we can send you our updates. We use a third-party email service (Resend) to deliver those messages.
• Basic analytics. Our hosting provider (Netlify) and our database provider (Supabase) keep standard server logs that may include your IP address, browser type, the page you visited, and the time of the visit. We use this to understand traffic patterns and fix problems, not to identify individuals.
• Cookies. We use a small number of first-party cookies that keep the site working (for example, remembering that you closed a banner). We do not run third-party advertising cookies on this site.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and plan your event.
• To send you newsletters or special-event announcements, if you asked for them. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
• To keep the website running, prevent abuse, and improve the experience over time.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted vendors to operate this website and our business. They only see what they need to do their job:

• Netlify hosts the website.
• Supabase stores form submissions, mailing-list signups, photos and menu data.
• Resend delivers newsletter and inquiry-confirmation emails.
• Google Maps renders the map embed on contact pages.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect our rights, customers, or staff.

Your choices

• You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time using the link at the bottom of the message.
• You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to update it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@jitters-wc.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
• Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Doing so may break a small handful of conveniences but the site will still work.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage or in an email to subscribers.
